We usually use the SF Ruby Meetup group for the registration process. Each announcement post has a link that you should follow to register for the workshop.
How can I find out about upcoming workshops?
If you join the SF Ruby Meetup group, you’ll receive email notifications when the workshops are open for registration. You can also watch this blog or you can sign up for our low-traffic, announcement-only google group.

Why women-focused?
As of June 2009, the San Francisco Ruby community stood at about 97% men, and 3% women. We’d like to even that out a bit, and one of the ways we’re approaching it is by introducing more women to Ruby.
What about {insert population here}?
