		<description>I am girl, and I am a developer. 99.9% of guys developers is not exactly a macho material, they are mostly shy, sweet and terrified of woman more than we are. But I agree there is a little prejudice when they don&#039;t know what you made of. I think 52% leave because software is a hard hard job, and you either have to totally love it or you&#039;ll find your self totally miserable. Kudos Girls!</description>
